Director CEED Armenia

Jemma is the director of CEED Armenia, which was launched in 2012 as part of the Enterprise Development and Market Competitiveness Project of USAID. Jemma has extensive experience both with international organizations and in the private sector. She has led a range of projects in Armenia, focusing on private enterprise development, and consulted to retail, financial services, and technology clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Fortune 500 companies. Jemma holds a BA/MA in Russian and English from the Yerevan Linguistic University and an MBA degree from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
