Anne is a business development strategist with over 10 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs in emerging markets. Anne joined SEAF in 2011 to grow CEED’s global reach. Prior to joining SEAF, Anne was an Investment Officer with USAID’s, Private Capital Group for Africa. Anne was also a Presidential Management Fellow at the Department of State’s Global Entrepreneurship Program where she managed global partnerships. Anne is a graduate of the Cornell Institute of Public Affairs at Cornell University where she concentrated in international development. She graduated with honors and was awarded the Adams Award for leadership and academic excellence. In her free time Anne is a mentor with BUILD.org which uses entrepreneurship as a medium to engage with disadvantaged low-income youth, a Mentor Capital Network business plan competition judge, and a mentor for UC Berkeley’s Big Ideas Contest.
