CEED strives to expose their growth-oriented entrepreneurs to prominent business owners who can share their expertise. On March 6th 2014, CEED Macedonia hosted a CEED club event featuring motivational speaker and businessman Mike Moore, a popular American speaker whose lectures focus on driving business growth through highly effective sales.

Tracing to years of handling challenging ‘human resource’ and sales problems, Mr. Moore focused his speech on effective communication. He provided our entrepreneurs with many ‘real life’ examples of practical ways they can more effectively manage their organization. With respect to sales effectiveness specifically, Mr. Moore highlighted the importance of acknowledging to potential customers that their time is immeasurably valuable. This recognition and respect not only sets the stage for a long-term relationship with customers, it also helps to more effectively and emotionally connect the customer to your product or service.

Inspirationally, Mr. Moore went on to describe how persistence is the key to success, and that you need to embrace both the highs and the lows to keep your dreams alive.
