In May of this year, CEED Kosovo launched two new management programs, CEED Process and Operations and CEED Social Media.
Managers from various industries are enrolled in these programs bringing diverse perspectives and cases to each of the programs. The CEED Process & Operations program is an advanced and interactive program that focuses on the strategic management tools and tactical skills required to establish systems that manage operations economically, effectively, and efficiently. The CEED Social Media program is an interactive program that helps managers gain useful knowledge, tools, and methods to more effectively apply social media management. It teaches companies to utilize social media communications and outreach to new customers as lead generation tools.
All management training programs offered by CEED Kosovo are focused on practical approaches for busy entrepreneurs in need of knowledge at various stages of growth. Thus the center provides support in all aspects of business management, from sales and marketing to operations and finance. Simultaneously, CEED Kosovo provides advanced programs for CLUB members, the CEED Club is a membership for entrepreneurs looking to maintain connections within the local network while having access to a great deal of global benefits.
