Atiba Amalile is the director of CEED Tanzania. Atiba is an international development and private enterprise specialist with 15 years of proven results and success focusing on private sector initiatives, entrepreneurship development and agribusiness. His areas of interest include business strategy, access to finance and strategic market development with extensive experience in food security and private-sector agribusiness enterprises. Prior to joining CEED, Atiba worked with TechnoServe Inc. in Eastern and Southern Africa, where he delivered a broad range of technical services with entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), academic institutions, industry associations and government agencies. Atiba has also successfully managed development contracts with US government projects as well as private foundations such as Google, Kelloggs and Mastercard Foundation.
