Kujtim Gjevori founded SCAMPA in 2007, an industrial producer of biodegradable plastic bags. Kujtim’s main challenge for joining CEED in 2014 was to organize for growth stage. At the time he joined, all operations of the company where managed by or went through him. In CEED, he learned that this had to change if he was going to grow successfully. This was shared with him directly from other entrepreneurs who have successfully navigated these stages.
