Program Development Associate

Sheena is a recent graduate from Georgetown’s master’s in international development policy at the McCourt School of Public Policy. While there she was a founding member and served as Vice President of the African Policy Student Organization. Additionally, she worked on several data analysis projects and was a contributing author to World Bank’s Ethiopia Poverty Assessment 2019. Sheena is a skilled development practitioner with experience working on projects in multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining CEED she worked with Social Impact as the Collaborating, Learning & Adaptation (CLA) Coordinator supporting the USAID Mission in Liberia. During her time there she focused on engendering engagement with local stakeholders and improving M&E learning utilization. Sheena completed her undergraduate degree at the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota in International Relations.
