On May 20th, CEED Global Leaders Talk speaker Maria Anselmi, known to CEED as a passionate strategic challenger and an inspiring CEED mentor, gave practical advice to entrepreneurs about ‘Transforming your business remotely and virtually.’ She also provided insights into what the ‘new global’ will look like in the months and years to come.
Based in Switzerland, Maria is the Group Director of Data in Bisnode (Dun & Bradstreet), directing a team spread all over the world. When she took over this job, her mission was to transform the company from different localized systems, processes and approaches into one aligned system. Due to her team being spread around the world, she needed to lead the team through the transition remotely, which is a similar challenge many entrepreneurs are facing today.
