CEED Partnerships Manager – Algeria

CEED aims to launch high impact entrepreneurship and innovation development programs in Algeria in favor of Algeria Tech startups, and we’re excited to put the call out for a talented Partnerships Manager to lead the charge in bringing in and managing corporate partnerships.
Who are you?
You believe in entrepreneurs and their passion about entrepreneurship. You’re resourceful, energetic, independent thinking, and can quickly build great relationships. You have a customer service mindset and love to over-deliver for your team and partners. You are fluent in English, have a robust network in the banking and insurance industries in Algeria, and have experience in B2B sales in Algeria–identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and closing deals.
About the role
Your focus in this role is on growing the business in Algeria through relevant corporate partnerships, sales, and nurturing the relationships you foster in this area. It’s all about people, relationships, and genuinely showing up for our partners and ensuring the relationship is always mutually beneficial.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be tasked with creating and growing the portfolio of corporate partners of CEED in Algeria. You are expected to support the sales mechanism from initial outreach to presentations, proposals, the contract process, and ongoing partner relationship building.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of your responsibilities:
- Business Development: leverage your own network to secure partnerships with corporate companies who wish to partner with us in programs that benefit entrepreneurs and help foster the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Algeria and close deals with them
- Grow and leverage CEED Global’s network to add value to beneficiary entrepreneurs in Algeria
- Develop and Manage the sponsorship pipeline for implementation of different CEED Global programs and projects in Algeria
- Put together monthly reports for the leadership team
